About AIOS Scribe
Every day, millions of hours of valuable content are uploaded to YouTube — lectures, tutorials, interviews, podcasts, conference talks, and more. But video content is locked in a format that's hard to search, skim, or reference. If you need to find a specific quote, take notes from a two-hour lecture, or repurpose video content into written form, you're stuck scrubbing through a timeline.
AIOS Scribe was built to solve this problem. Our mission is to make video knowledge accessible to everyone by providing fast, accurate, and free transcripts of YouTube videos. We believe the information in video content should be as easy to search, copy, and share as any written article.
Phase 2
EXTRACT
We pass the link to Google's Gemini AI service, which reads the public video and its speech directly. We do not download the video to our servers or to your device.

TRANSCRIBE
Our AI speech-recognition engine converts the audio to text with high accuracy across multiple languages, accents, and audio qualities. Built on the same infrastructure patterns used by the team at Automation Architecture AI.

ALIGN
Each segment of the transcript is aligned with precise timestamps. Clicking any line opens the YouTube video at that exact moment — useful for verifying quotes or citing specific sections.

Brad's approach to AIOS came from watching the same pattern repeat across industries: founders with the right instincts adopting tools that don't compound. The AIOS methodology is the infrastructure layer he kept wishing existed for every business he worked with.
Why AIOS Scribe exists
AIOS Scribe started as an internal tool — we kept needing clean transcripts from long-form video content for our own research and client work, and the existing options either required accounts, had usage limits, or produced output too raw to use. So we built the tool we wanted, and eventually opened it up for everyone.
